Dian completed her undergraduate program at the Faculty of Law, Padjadjaran University, Bandung. Towards the end of her study period, Dian chose the Inheritance and Family Specialization Program.

Starting her early career in 2006 as a Project Administration Coordinator at the Aceh-Nias Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Agency, then switched to corporations to work as Human Resources Support at PT. GE Finance Indonesia and trying to explore a career in NGOs as an Event and Program Staff at the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI).

Her interest in working in the public sector led Dian to work at the Presidential Work Unit for Development Supervision and Control (UKP4) as an Associate Director for the Open Government Partnership Project and The Level Panel of Eminent Persons on The Post-2015 Development Agenda. And then joined the National REDD+ Agency, a Ministry-level institution formed through Presidential Decree no. 62 of 2013 as secretary to the Head of the Agency, then worked as an Office Manager at the Illegal Fishing Eradication Task Force (Formed through Presidential Regulation Number 115 of 2015) before finally deciding to join IOJI in 2020.

Currently, consistent with her interest in working in the non-profit area, Dian is responsible for managing Human Resources and Office Operations at IOJI.
