Ghina is guided by three fundamental aspirations: to work, to create, and to make a meaningful impact. She has realized these aspirations while serving as a researcher at the Indonesian Ocean Justice Initiative, where she is deeply involved in the sustainable and equitable ocean governance division. Ghina’s focus lies in the governance and legal aspects of blue carbon ecosystems in the Anthropocene era.

Her passion for impactful work ignited during her high school years, as she participated in various NGOs dedicated to supporting vulnerable groups, particularly women. Her commitment to community service was recognized when she was named the 4th runner-up in Puteri Indonesia 2024.

In her academic realm, Ghina graduated in an accelerated 3.5 years with a Magna Cum Laude GPA from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Indonesia. Throughout her studies, she was honored as Most Outstanding II out of more than 700 students by the Dean and was chosen to deliver the keynote speech on her graduation day.
