IOJI actively advocates for the issue of increasing transparency in the fisheries sector in order to achieve sustainable fisheries management.
IOJI is part of the Steering Committee of the Coalition on Fisheries Transparency and is involved in preparing the Online Transparency of Fisheries Management Information Report initiated by the Fisheries Transparency Initiative.
